Quick-start guide: Branding
This guide describes how you can customize Graphus features to apply organizational branding.
Branding options
Graphus provides settings to customize the look of Graphus reports and the EmployeeShield banner. Organizations can apply branding characteristics, like colors and logos, for which the organization is identified.
Branding selections can be made at the global level and then applied to existing organizations. Also, you can opt to have branding automatically applied to new organizations as you add them to Graphus. In addition, branding can be applied at the organization level which will override the global settings.
Reports
An organization's logo and colors can be applied to email (daily Insights report) and downloadable monthly phishing report PDF reports.
EmployeeShield banner
Here are the options to apply branding to the EmployeeShield banner:
- Add your company name to the top of the banner.
- Select the background and message color.
- Enter a custom name for the safe and unsafe link labels.
- Select a color for the safe and unsafe link labels.
- If you enable mail filtering, you can enter a custom name for the label and select a link color (available at the organization level only).
- The Graphus Generating Messaging option is selected automatically, meaning Graphus will change the banner content dynamically based on the threat detected. This is the recommended behavior. However, you can enter a custom banner message that will be the same on each banner.
