Creating organizations for INKY‑provisioned K365 users

For K365 subscriptions with INKY provisioned, the Add Organization button in Graphus is disabled and no longer available. As a result, organizations cannot be created in Graphus for K365 users with INKY enabled.

When you access the Organizations page in Graphus, a banner is displayed to communicate this behavior.

Action Required

For K365 subscriptions with INKY enabled, all new organizations must be created directly in INKY going forward.
