Graphus End-of-Life notice

As part of our continued investment in advanced email security, Kaseya is transitioning from Graphus to INKY, a next-generation, AI-powered email security platform purpose-built for MSPs and mid-market organizations.

Expected key dates

January 1, 2026

  • INKY becomes the default email security platform provisioned for all new Kaseya 365 User sales.
  • Existing Kaseya 365 User customers will automatically receive INKY Advanced.
  • Existing Graphus customers may begin transitioning to INKY at this time.

IMPORTANT  For customers with Graphus who purchased it outside of Kaseya 365 User: To initiate this transition, reach out to your Kaseya Account Manager. You will receive an overlapping period with both Graphus and INKY at no additional cost, allowing for a smooth migration.

  • A self-service migration tool will be available to simplify the move from Graphus to INKY.

December 31, 2026

Support for Graphus ends. No new updates or patches will be provided after this date.

June 30, 2027

End-of-Life (EOL). Graphus will be fully decommissioned and cease operation.

What this means for you

Beginning January 2026, you may transition from Graphus to INKY at any time for the remainder of your existing subscription term.

  • Pricing will remain unchanged for the duration of your current commitment period.
  • Kaseya 365 User customers: Your existing Graphus environment will remain operational until your contract ends, you have migrated all of your end-user organizations to INKY, or the Graphus official EOL date of June 30 2027, whichever is earlier. Be sure to complete your INKY deployment and migration before the earlier of these dates to ensure your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email environments remain secure and protected throughout this transition.
  • Standalone Graphus customers: Once INKY has been provisioned, you will have three months to migrate from Graphus to INKY.
  • You will continue to receive security and intelligence updates for Graphus through December 2026.
  • New feature development for Graphus has ended, and no additional enhancements will be introduced.
  • The migration tool will transfer configurations and settings with minimal disruption.

Migrating from Graphus to INKY

Your existing Graphus environment will remain operational until your contract ends, you have migrated all of your end-user organizations to INKY, or the Graphus official EOL date of June 30 2027, whichever is earlier. Be sure to complete your INKY deployment and migration before the earlies of these dates to ensure your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email environments remain secure and protected throughout this transition.

To migrate, follow the instructions in the Graphus to INKY section of the INKY knowledge base. This guide provides detailed steps for:

  • Importing your protected Graphus domains (teams) into INKY using the automatic migration tool. The tool automatically creates an INKY license for each imported domain and imports existing Graphus administrators.
  • Importing your existing allow lists, block lists, VIP lists, and analysis lists from Graphus to INKY.
  • Disabling Graphus protection for domains successfully migrated to INKY to prevent duplicate email processing.
  • Integrating BullPhish ID with INKY (if your organization uses BullPhish ID).

If you prefer to migrate your Graphus domains manually, refer to the article, Migrating from Graphus to INKY. This article includes instructions for migrating block lists and allow lists.
